How to get started.

  • 1. Know Your Budget.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you wish to renovate a kitchen or add a poolside gazebo. No matter the project, it is important to have a budget in mind to help determine boundaries and create a realistic project scope. This step may also include working with a lender to explore the best way to fund your project. We work with many lenders who specialize in this area and can provide you with additional information upon request.

  • 2. Initial Consultation.

The initial consultation is an important part of our process. A Project Manager will meet with you on site to discuss your project scope. It is helpful, at the time of this consultation, to have an idea of when you would like the project to start, if you will remain in the home during construction, and any project concerns. Our Project Manager will then follow-up to provide a range of what the project may cost before you commit to a design agreement.

  • 3. Design Agreement.

If, after receiving a project cost range, you decide to move forward we will request you to sign a Design & Cost Analysis Agreement and submit the corresponding deposit. Once both are received, your project will be placed in our design queue where projects are addressed in the order they are received. This step is where our in house architectural design team will work to develop a set of conceptual drawings, details, renderings, and construction documents, if necessary. A formal cost analysis for the project will also be prepared.
