Phase 1: The First Conversation 

It starts with a consultation in your home, where our team learns about your goals, priorities, and investment expectations. From there, we provide a preliminary investment range based on our experience with similar projects, so you can confirm the renovation fits your goals before moving forward. (This range is preliminary, and prices are subject to change as your design develops.) 

Phase 2: Getting Started 

Once you're comfortable moving ahead, we put an agreement in place and begin the groundwork: detailed measurements, documentation of your home's existing conditions, and everything our team needs to start designing. 

Phase 3: Bringing Your Vision to Life 

This is where the fun begins. Our design team develops floor plans and layouts tailored to your goals, works with you on selections, and makes revisions along the way. The goal is a design you're genuinely excited to build. 

Phase 4: Finalizing the Details 

With your design approved, we coordinate with our trusted trade partners to finalize detailed pricing and confirm the full scope of work. We will review the final investment, specifications, and timeline, answering any remaining questions. 

Phase 5: Project Launch 

With everything approved, we finalize the construction agreement, set the schedule, and get ready for the exciting part of bringing your renovation to life.
